It is a project that comes to revolutionize the recreational nautical tourism in the Dominican Republic. Offering repair and maintenance services to boats; creating jobs opportunities to the community and northern part of the island.

Located in Luperon, Puerto Plata in the north of the Dominican Republic. It's primary goal is the protection of the Wildlife Refuge it has and the promotion of Bahia de Gracia as a tourist destination for sailors.
